1. Returns and Refunds for Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a damaged or defective printed photo due to the printing or shipping process, please notify us within 5 business days
- We would request clear photographs of the damage or defect as evidence to process your request.
- In case of approval, we will offer you:
- Reprinting and shipping at no additional cost, o
- Full refund of the product price (excluding shipping costs).
2. Changes or Cancellations due to Order Error
- Since each photo is printed especially for you, we cannot accept returns due to customer error when ordering (e.g. incorrect choice of size or design). Please review your selection carefully before finalizing your purchase.
- If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within the first 12 hours after confirmation. Once the printing process has started, it will not be possible to cancel it.
3. Delivery Problems
- If a package does not arrive due to an error in the address provided by the customer, unfortunately we cannot issue refunds or reprint the order for free. In this case, we will work with you to find the best possible solution.
- If the order does not arrive due to courier error or for reasons beyond your control, we will investigate the case and, if appropriate, reship the order or issue a refund.
4. Exceptions
- Customized prints or prints with specific modifications requested by the customer are not eligible for return or refund, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- We do not accept returns or refunds for changes of mind, as each photograph is printed to order.

- Include clear photographs of the product and packaging (if applicable).
- Our team will evaluate your request and contact you within 2-3 días business days. .
6. Approved Reimbursements
- Approved refunds will be processed through the original method of payment and may take between 5-10 business days to be reflected, depending on your banking institution.
